Night of Miracles in Wisconsin
I didn’t know what to expect as we arrived in Eau Claire, Wisconsin for a night of miracles. But not only did the people show up, more importantly, God showed up in a very powerful way.
Mario began with an incredible message about what the Church needs to be doing. He told the people he wants to abolish the Christian Witness Protection Program because America needs the righteous to come out of hiding and speak up!
He told them there are two categories of people. Those who are safe and those who are in danger. And the irony is that the people who are the safest look like they are in danger. He spoke about the great ministers like Billy Graham and how if they were alive today their message would have to be very different because America is in a death spiral. The morality, the gender bending, the drug addiction, the violence, the division, and the threat of civil war are all competing with each other to tear this nation apart.
He told the people that even if Donald Trump does win the election, he cannot save America. All he can do is buy time for the Church to save America. And that we need a nationwide outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
He told the people we need a Pentecostal Second Amendment. And we need to quit bending the weapons of God in the Church. If we’re going to vote for gun rights, let’s vote for ‘Nine gifts of the Spirit rights’. We need the right to cast out devils, to discern spirits, and to speak to the lame and have them walk, in the name of Jesus.
Mario said when God looks at America, He doesn’t really care what Joe Biden is thinking. And He’s not upset with MSNBC, nor is He watching CNN. Then Mario asked, “What is God looking at?”
“If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:3 NKJV).
That verse doesn’t ask, “What can the government do?” It doesn’t ask, “What can the intellectual do?” Because when God looks at America, He sees the remnant, the core, the ones who neither gave in nor did they compromise. The one’s who stayed true, stayed on fire, stayed on track. God knows if you want something done, it’s the righteous who can do something about it.
We, the righteous, have the capacity to come into agreement with God. And though it may seem our numbers are small, don’t forget, “Greater is He Who is in you, than he who is in the world.”
Mario reminded them again, “There are two groups of people: those who are safe and those who are in danger. Those who have an invisible protection and those who are subject to Satan. And if you don’t know Jesus, He is not praying for you.”
“I pray for them (My disciples). I do not pray for the world but for those whom You have given Me, for they are Yours” (John 17:9 NKJV).
A Christian has a gift — they have been prayed for in a way that establishes something. When you look at the religions of the world you find hurt people who feel vulnerable to evil. They try to separate themselves from culture in order to avoid contamination. But Christianity is the one faith that believes the exact opposite.
“I do not pray that You (Father) should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one” (John 17:15 NKJV).
Mario went on to add that the difference between Christians and the followers of Islam is that Jesus will protect you, but Allah cannot protect them. He reminded the people that we have power, we have the anointing, and we have the gift of Jesus Christ.
He said, there is nothing in this world, no drug, no person, no relationship, no pleasure, no chemical, nothing social, nothing intellectual, that will give you peace of mind.
“You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You” (Isaiah 26:3 NKJV).
Mario said we, the Church, have had the answer all along. And yet we have been losing influence, and power, and money, and prestige for all the wrong reasons. We have traded in our greatness and superiority and have abandoned our advantage. We’ve given away our authority because at some point we felt inferior. We believed the lie that the only way we could compete with the world is to look, sound like, and be like the world.
Instead of focusing on big screens, skinny jeans, and fog machines, we could have been emptying wheelchairs and opening blind eyes, and setting captives free by preaching under the authority of the Gospel.
Mario told the people, there has never been a good time to not be a Christian, but this is the worst time to not be a Christian. Because what’s coming in our culture if we don’t repent is the disintegration of the family, a disintegration of sanity, a disintegration of decency, and the day is coming soon when you will find yourself humiliated.
He talked about the peace Jesus speaks of for the Christian, a peace that passes understanding. A peace where you feel good and don’t understand it, because everything feels like it is falling apart and yet you are convinced beyond anything that your life is going to turn out okay. That peace is only available for the believer. Not available to the devil worshiper or the atheist.
Mario then talked about a time when he was watching Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf at the beginning of Desert Storm. He was watching as the General was speaking to the troops.
General Schwarzkopf stood before hundreds of thousands of American soldiers and told them: you have the best weapons in the world, your attack plans have been devised by the greatest military minds in the world, you are the best trained soldiers that America has ever known.
Mario then said, the Bible calls Jesus our General. And we have the best weapons in the world. We have the best military plans in the world.
“The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4 NKJV).
He asked, why am I not going to bow down to the LGBTQ agenda? Why am I not giving in to the atheist agenda? Because what we have is better, what we have is truer. And we should never be ashamed of the Gospel of Christ because there is nothing like the Gospel of Christ.
Mario then asked for those who wanted sanity, and peace, and to know Christ, to raise their hand, then to stand, and finally to come forward. It was a great response. Many came forward to have their lives changed and transformed.
After the altar time was over, Mario had the people begin to pray aloud in tongues. It was a beautiful time as God’s Spirit filled that place. You could feel the presence and power of God grow and fill the auditorium.
Mario began binding various things, such as cancer, in the name of Jesus. And to thank God for the healings that were taking place.
He pointed out a man in the audience and asked him to help by stepping into the aisle and going over to another man. Mario told the man the expiration date placed on his life was being removed. And that cancer was being removed from his body. Also, his spine and his heart were being healed.
Mario did not know the man and knew nothing of his story, but we found out later this was a well-known pastor in the area and his diagnosis was severe. And all the things God revealed to Mario were in fact true. I happened to be standing by the host pastor and heard him weeping at the beautiful power of God in that moment.
This healing was clearly ordained by God to open up the meeting on this night, and for the meetings that will take place later this summer.
He then said a woman with migraine headaches had been healed earlier and called for her to stand, which she did. Then he said there were four others with migraines in that section, and they all stood also.
Then he highlighted one woman and told her there was a second illness, in her stomach. The doctors have been unable to determine the cause of the pain. And then God healed her in that moment.
There were several others who God highlighted and who were healed.
Then Mario reminded the people that there is nothing special about those who were highlighted. “It’s not that God loves them more and everyone else less. Rather those individuals are intended to show God’s love and power, to increase faith, and to make it known that He is there, He is able, and He will do it.”
Then Mario asked for all those who needed healing to raise their hand. So many hands went up all over the auditorium. Next Mario had everyone turn and pray for those around them who were raising their hands. You could feel the power of God moving through the entire building. I can’t wait to hear all the testimonies of God’s healing power which took place tonight.
