EASTER! WHAT A DIFFERENCE A YEAR MAKES.
What a difference a year makes. Last year Joe Biden and Democrats declared Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility.” This sparked outrage.
Instantly, Democrats denied desecrating Easter. But the whole world understood it was premeditated blasphemy. Of course it was. Obama and Biden warred against Christianity for years.
Not only was it desecration—it was replacement. An in-your-face replacement. Christianity is out. Transgenderism is in.
Do you still doubt it was deliberate? Ask yourself. What if the Transgender Day of Visibility happened to fall on an Islamic High Holy Day? Do you honestly think they would have gone through with it? You know they would not.
Now contrast last Easter and this Easter. Better yet, just read the words of Biden and Trump.
Joe Biden Easter 2024:
“Today, we send a message to all transgender Americans: You are loved. You are heard. You are understood,” the White House statement said. “You belong. You are America, and my entire Administration and I have your back. NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 31, 2024, as Transgender Day of Visibility.”
Donald Trump Easter 2025:
“This Holy Week, Melania and I join in prayer with Christians celebrating the crucifixion and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ—the living Son of God who conquered death, freed us from sin, and unlocked the gates of Heaven for all of humanity.
Beginning with Christ’s triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday and culminating in the Paschal Triduum, which begins on Holy Thursday with the Mass of the Lord’s Supper, followed by Good Friday, and reaching its pinnacle in the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday night. This week is a time of reflection for Christians to memorialize Jesus’ crucifixion—and to prepare their hearts, minds, and souls for His miraculous Resurrection from the dead.
Through His death, we are forgiven of our sins. Through His Resurrection, we have hope of eternal life.
During this sacred week, we acknowledge that the glory of Easter Sunday cannot come without the sacrifice Jesus Christ made on the cross. In His final hours on Earth, Christ willingly endured excruciating pain, torture, and execution on the cross out of a deep and abiding love for all His creation. Through His suffering, we have redemption. Through His death, we are forgiven of our sins. Through His Resurrection, we have hope of eternal life. On Easter morning, the stone is rolled away, the tomb is empty, and light prevails over darkness—signaling that death does not have the final word.
“This week, we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our beloved Nation.”
This Holy Week, my Administration renews its promise to defend the Christian faith in our schools, military, workplaces, hospitals, and halls of government. We will never waver in safeguarding the right to religious liberty, upholding the dignity of life, and protecting God in our public square.
As we focus on Christ’s redeeming sacrifice, we look to His love, humility, and obedience—even in life’s most difficult and uncertain moments. This week, we pray for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our beloved Nation. We pray that America will remain a beacon of faith, hope, and freedom for the entire world, and we pray to achieve a future that reflects the truth, beauty, and goodness of Christ’s eternal kingdom in Heaven.
May God bless you and your family during this special time of year and may He continue to bless the United States of America.”
Nevertheless, I feel there are hard days ahead for the church. The timid souls in the church winch at God’s strong medicine. The remnant understand that our national deliverance causes men full of demons to rage.
Some will be angry at me. They will accuse me of inserting politics into Easter. Joe Biden did that. And Donald Trump took it back out. Restoring America’s True Easter.
This year, Easter does not just declare the Resurrection of Christ—it is also declares the resurrection of Christianity in America.
The riots and demonstrations, the failure of judges, the lies of the media are adding fuel to a bonfire of division. God saw all of this coming and gave us a miracle.
Some will be angry at me. They will accuse me of inserting politics into Easter. Joe Biden did that. And Donald Trump took it back out. Restoring America’s True Easter.
In effect, Donald Trump ended the Obama/Biden war on our faith. It was when he said “This Holy Week, my Administration renews its promise to defend the Christian faith in our schools, military, workplaces, hospitals, and halls of government.”
This means something big. This year, Easter does not just declare the Resurrection of Christ—it is also declares the resurrection of Christianity in America.
I am not talking about politics…I am talking about evil. I am talking about evil your children will live under. I am talking about evil that will make it impossible to preach the Gospel in our nation. We should ignore this?
It is the calling of the church to enforce the power of the Cross, and the Resurrection, on the works of Satan.
Jesus did not just die for our sins—He died to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8 says, “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”
I will go so far as to say that victory over evil is the central theme of the Easter story. The resurrection of Jesus was an attack that disarmed Satan. Colossians 2; 15 “Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.”
Since Easter was an explosion—celebrating it should also be an explosion!
It is the calling of the church to enforce the power of the Cross, and the Resurrection, on the works of Satan. This is what it’s all about. Today—above all days—we must realize it!
God is looking for people who will rise up, based on the authority won on Easter, and declare to the powers and principalities in heavenly places, “you must take your filthy hands off of our nation!”
I would tell the relatives and guests that becoming a Christian means forsaking all to follow Christ…and by doing so, they would receive power—power unlike anything they had ever experienced before.
Since Easter was an explosion—celebrating it should also be an explosion! If only we would repent. Then we could truly celebrate. If only the people of God would surrender on Easter. The power of the resurrection would overtake us. Great shouts of Hosanna, tears of joy would overwhelm us. And an inward fire to rise up to change our nation. Hallelujah!
Let today be the day the song is not just words: “There is power in the Name of Jesus, to break every chain. There’s an army rising up to break every chain.”
